Fast shipping
The products are delivered to the customers of the MyTR store through one of the express shipping companies
After the shipment is delivered to the shipping company, it is delivered to the customer within 5-7 working days
- MyTR Store is not completely responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other tax imposed in some countries.
- Any process of returning or damaging the products upon their arrival in the customer’s country due to non-payment of customs duties by the customer (if any) the customer bears full responsibility
- The shipment remains at the nearest shipping center to the customer in the event that it is not received for several reasons, such as non-reply or if a wrong address is installed, and the products can be returned or destroyed in the event that they are not received from the shipping company without MyTR store bearing any responsibility
- After completing the order, the MyTR store prepares the order and delivers it to the shipping company on the same day or the next day during working hours in Turkey during all days of the week (Monday-Friday) except for the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Orders made on Saturday or Sunday are delivered to the shipping company on Monday during working hours in Turkey
- Orders made on official holidays in Turkey are delivered to the shipping company on the next day or immediately after the end of the official holiday
- MyTR store is not completely responsible for preventing some goods from entering the destination country
- My TR store is not responsible for any rare cases of delayed shipments for logistical reasons such as weather, customs checks or the like, or for any other urgent reasons.
