Purchase commission from Turkish online stores:
For orders less than 500 riyals, the commission is 50 riyals
For orders more than 500 riyals, the commission is 8% of the order value
Commission for purchasing from Turkish stores by visiting the branch in person:
100 riyals, subject to increase, if the store is far from the company’s headquarters
There is no minimum or maximum purchase limit
- First, the store will make sure that the same product is ordered by the customer
- The store is not responsible for the error if it is issued by the seller, such as sending a color other than the one that was requested or the like
- In the event that an error is issued by the store – which is a very rare case – such as requesting the wrong color, the store bears the value of the product 100%
- First payment: It includes payment of the value of the products that have been ordered only
The second payment: It includes the store commission and shipping costs after being determined by the shipping company. This payment is after the store receives the order and prepares it for shipment.
The store purchases the products that the customer requests, receives them at the store’s headquarters in Turkey, repackages them, and ships them to the customer
The store cannot in any way open the products to verify the size, color or the like
It is not possible to add or make any modification to the application after paying the first payment
The order cannot be canceled or returned after paying the first payment
- The store requests the products within 48-72 hours from the time of receiving the first payment for the value of the products, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday, which is considered an official holiday in Turkey
The seller sends the products within 3-5 days
The speed of receiving the order varies if the order is from more than one seller
- The store’s responsibility ends immediately after the shipment is delivered to the shipping company, and the store does not bear any responsibility after that
In the event that the products arrive damaged or broken, you can contact the shipping company
- Shipping companies sometimes return shipments to Turkey in the event that the shipment is not received, there is an error in the address, or similar issues related to customs.
In the event that this happens, the customer shall pay the shipping costs again
The store’s responsibility ends as soon as the shipment is delivered to the shipping company and the customer delivers the tracking number, and the responsibility shifts to the shipping company. In the event that the shipment is delayed or anything else occurs, the customer can contact the shipping company and inquire about the shipment
In the event that the order is completed and the products are received by the store and packaged, and the customer is notified of the costs of the second payment, the customer can store the order for only 7 days without fees. In the event that the aforementioned period expires, a fee of 15 riyals will be charged for each parcel for each additional storage day. In the event that a month has passed since the order was completed and the shipping costs were not paid by the customer, the store has the right to dispose of the parcels to save space in the warehouse or to complete the calculation of the mentioned storage fees.
Sometimes there are nominal fees by the customs in the customer’s country if the value of the products exceeds a certain amount or for other reasons, the customer bears these fees
